Our Pet Policy

We love pets and understand they're family! Glisan Townhomes welcomes qualified pets, but all must be approved in advance. Service animals and emotional support animals are exempt under the Fair Housing Act and Oregon law – submit documentation from a healthcare provider for verification.

Allowed Pets & Limits

• Up to two pets per apartment (dogs, cats, or small caged animals; no exotic pets).

• Maximum 35 lbs full-grown per pet.

• All pets must be spayed/neutered, current on vaccinations, and licensed. Submit a clear photo and vet records with your application.

Prohibited Breeds

No dogs of perceived aggressive breeds (or mixes), including Akita, Pit Bull, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Bullmastiff, Chow, Doberman, Rottweiler, or German Shepherd.

Fees & Deposits

• Fully refundable pet deposit per pet (used only to cover pet-related damages).

• Monthly pet rent: $35 per pet.

Rules & Enforcement

Pets must be leashed in common areas, cleaned up after immediately, and not left unattended. Violations (e.g., excessive barking, damage) are lease breaches and may result in fines, denial of renewal, or eviction under Oregon law. We're not liable for pet injuries or damages.
