We promptly approve policy changes that help residents with disabilities fully use and enjoy their home, including:

• Service animals and emotional support animals (no pet fees, deposits, or breed/size restrictions)

• Assigned accessible parking spaces

• Live-in caregivers

• Transfer to a ground-floor or more suitable unit when one becomes available

Reasonable Modifications

Residents may make changes to their apartment at their own expense (with management approval), such as installing grab bars, lowering peepholes, or adding a ramp.
